It is my mission to accompany other people for a part of their lives and to strengthen them in finding and pursuing their own path.
A variety of competencies flow into my work:
various coaching trainings, insights and knowledge from my role as an internationally active manager and from many years of work in the areas of project and change management, as well as my many years of experience as a mother of six.
As a working wife and mother of six children
I am very aware of the challenges that these different roles as mother, wife, manager, etc. bring with them - and especially their combination.
I have a high level of creativity and energy,
which I use to encourage coaching clients to define and pursue their own wishes and goals. I give them plenty of space and time for their own reflections.
Personal experience combined with professional expertise
I support families in successfully combining career and family life while keeping satisfaction, orientation, and cohesion in mind.
As a mother of six, I know from personal experience how diverse the challenges can be that families face through different phases of life. Today I know many things that I wish I had known back then – and the families I work with today can benefit from these experiences.
In this work, I draw on far more than my own experience as a mother: As a godmother of several children and a UK Guardian, I also support children and young people entrusted to my care during their school stay in England. In addition, I have many years of experience working with international families and the diverse range of questions that arise when family, career, school, personal development, and life across national borders intersect.
I combine this personal experience with my professional expertise as a coach. The aim is not to give families ready-made answers, but to work together to discover what truly suits this family, at this stage of life, and in their individual situation.
Resume
After international studies in business administration in Germany, France and the USA and subsequent doctorate at the University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland, I was initially deputy head of a chair for human resources management. This was followed by a total of almost nine years in a global management consultancy with projects in various European countries and globally networked teams. During this time, I was able to experience in different countries what it means to combine work and career.
In 2014 I began my coaching training, which I completed in 2015 as a certified systemic coach. In 2017 I completed further training as an executive coach (EBS). In 2022 I received the Solution-Focused Coach Diploma from Erickson Coaching International.
I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and accredited there as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Team Coach (ACTC). I am also a member of the European Coaching & Mentoring Council (EMCC).
Since I constantly challenge not only my clients but also myself, I regularly further my education and repeatedly face new challenges; for example, I successfully climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in March 2026.
